There is small explanation needed about the pricing schema. As you can see in the table below, there is a monthly account fee and an average fee per 1000 extra sent emails.  Every account has a soft limit on the amount of emails that can be sent without extra costs per month. If you exceed that limit, we will charge you for the extra emails you have sent. Pricing plans  For example: if you have a Standard account, you can send 3,000 emails per month without extra costs. If you send 3,500 emails that month, we will charge you for the 500 emails you sent more than your limit. The fee for that month is then RO 37.50 for the account, plus 500 x RO 8.50 / 1000 = RO 4.25
